With the appropriate consent, Alaris Palm Properties LLC may use text messages for maintenance updates, repair scheduling, property access, appointment confirmations, showing arrangements, and routine owner and resident support. This is not a program for unsolicited promotional texts or bulk advertising.
02. How to opt in
After Alaris Palm Properties LLC's SMS campaign is approved and messaging is activated, a client, property owner, or resident may initiate a service-related text conversation by sending a message to (808) 808-8326. By sending that first text, the person asks Alaris to respond about that request. Alaris will not send unsolicited promotional messages or add the number to a marketing list. The requester's number is used to respond to and support the service conversation. SMS is not available until campaign approval and number activation; do not text this number for service until launch is announced.
When responding, Alaris will identify itself and provide the message-frequency, message-and-data-rate, STOP, HELP, Terms, and Privacy disclosures. Keep the initial inbound message and related response as the consent record. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving other services.
03. Operational details to verify
Alaris's Zoom Phone SMS brand is active, but campaign approval and number activation are pending. The planned service messages cover maintenance and repair scheduling, property access, appointments, showings, and owner or resident support. Inbound requests and the replies to them must be retained as the consent record. Before launch, Alaris must confirm the exact reply disclosures, record retention, number assignment, STOP and HELP handling, and that actual messages match the campaign description.
Do not text this number for service until Zoom approves the campaign and activates messaging. The planned flow is limited to the person's inbound request and related service follow-up; it is not for unsolicited promotion.
04. Website message disclosures
Once SMS is active, when you text Alaris Palm Properties LLC at (808) 808-8326 to request service-related help, Alaris will respond about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

05. STOP & HELP information
The site currently instructs recipients to reply STOP to discontinue optional texts or HELP for support. It also lists (808) 808-8326 and team@alarispalm.com as contact methods. Verify the replies and support routing in the live Zoom Phone setup.
SMS should not be used to report emergencies. Call 911 for immediate danger; call the Alaris office for urgent property matters.
